Polyurethane Elastomers

We are offering the Polyurethane Elastomers for our customers. The offered polyurethane elastomers are widely used in applications ranging from gaskets and tubing to skate board wheels and rollers. Along with their resistance to abrasion, these elastomers are well appreciated for their hydrolysis resistance. Moreover, owing to their anti-static and fire retardant properties, these polymers are much demanded in the markets.

• Alprothane Prepolymer: It is a liquid isocyanate terminated pre polymer based polyol and are available in a broad hardness range i.e Shore A 15 to 95

Ambient curable system:
Alprothane 4000:
• These are the polymers made from Alprothane 4000 by reacting with MOCA
• It is slight hazy to clear light color liquid with 3-4% NCO.

Mixing Ratio:
• Aloprothane: 100
• MOCA: 16 to 18
• Pot life: 9 to 10 minutes
• These are available in packing: 30 and 200 kg

Alprothane 5000:
• They have the same manufacturing process as Aloprothane 4000

AlproCast 4000:
• It is two-component polyurethane elastomer system, having varying shore A Hardness from 55 to 95

Mixing Proportion:
• Alprocast 4000: 100
• MOCA: 18
• We provide you with the packing: 25 kg

Alprogel 2000:
• It is two-component polyurethane elastomer system, on mixing two components at room temperature forms a highly flexible elastomeric material

Mixing Ratio:
• Alprogel A: 100
• Alprogel B: 25
• It is available in packing: 20 kg
Specifications:
• Pot life: 5 to 7 min
• Curing Time: 8 hrs 100°c
• Color and Appearance: Slight Hazy to clear light color liquid

Alprothane 4080D
